How did you figure out that charging my headphones from my computer prevented me from printing? I would have never guessed that connecting my new thermostat would cause my Sonos to stop playing in mulitple rooms. Our well-roundedness and exposure to so many unconventional situations is your greatest ally.

Whether it’s your WiFi network, email, iCloud syncing issues, Microsoft Office woes, wireless printer, network access, or Photos that is giving you trouble, there is always a solution to make it work correctly again. We are creative troubleshooting experts with myriad solutions and troubleshooting experience.
